I have the FR titanium pack wheels which are laser cut so not easy to repair. I recently got a quote for a replacement and the price was £427 and then VAT on top of that. Oh and they don't come with tyres..

Does anyone know what the average repair cost is for a laser cut alloy?

I replaced one for about €210 from the dealers...that price can't be right. Try another dealer.

Thats the price TPS, seat uk and my local dealer gave me :/

A friend of mine had is wheel re cut the guy who did it says u can only re cut them once as it makes the rim weak

It cost him £160 and if I am honest it wasn't the best job the guy said he couldn't cut much more off the rim so if Ya wheel is bad I don't think it looks good since then he did it again they are now powder coated that was a Audi 20inch rota

Hi Tom, give Lepsons a call in Gillingham Kent, they did my MR2 and do diamond cutting although I don't think they give a warranty on diamond cut refurbs as they are renowned for falling - top job though.
