Hi all,

I have spoken with my insurers (Diamond) and I am fine to add an aftermarket exhaust onto the car. Which will cost me precisely £5 extra - but from what I understand they won't cover the cost of that exhaust should I crash. (Hopefully that right)

Will the Milltek non resonated catback make much difference to the noise? or will I need to get the larger downpipe also?

Thanks

Josh

Subscribing.

I would also like to know whether the catback will make a difference.

Which spring did you get and how do you like them?

im not sure the catback alone makes a difference performance wise, think youd have to get the full system for that, 3" down pipe/sports cat. but yeah sounds better mine is non res.

the springs have made the car look better imo, i got eibach sportline. i would show a pic but not sure how do to it lol

Good to know that catback does make a difference noise wise.

Friend of mine said that his Octavia RS TDI is comfier on Eibach Pro-kit than when bone stock. How is the comfort with your car?

Please do show us some pics when you figure out how to do it.

yeah deffo does make a difference, would be even better with down pipe.

have really noticed any difference comfort wise. i dont think the pro kit lowers as much as the sportlines tho, i could be wrong.
