Not sure what country you are in but in the UK there are many reasons not to disclose your VIN , especially on a public forum, so I doubt you will get anyone to do what you ask, maybe privately you will.
'Nigerian friend's is a reference to a few scams that have been doing the rounds , broadly along the lines of ' dear sir, I am writing this on behalf of Prince Umboko who has several million dollars he is unable to get out of the country, if we can use your bank account you will be handsomely rewarded' they then proceed to ask for your full bank details. Most of these scams originated in Nigeria it seems. Nothing to do with anti-Semitism.
