System software and navi map update

Hi. I bought Leon 3 ST 1.4 TDI from 2014/12. How Can I update my system software and Navi map? My hardware is 041 and software version is 0425 ,but I think newer is available. I've got v5 Europe SD card but it has 2018 map, so I think its possibile to update the map if the old SD card has 2018 map which is not that old.

Sadly the only way to update an MIB one unit like yours is to buy a new card from Seat
