You said that you changed the fuse 17 without any results , did you change it again after ?
I checked my fuse with a multimeter and is alright ...should I try to change it ?

It was in wrong place! do not even ask me how

What is the right place for it ? I might have the same issue , I found the relay ,tested it on the bench and is working.
I was looking for fuse box diagram and everywhere it says No 17 .

My fuse was in the panel at side of steering wheel can’t remember which number it was though sorry
