Lost adjuster screw from rocker finger

HELP,
I recently replaced the head gasket on my BMN engine,

but have missed the tightening of the rocker arm adjustment screws,which resulted in a lot of smoke and over reving,when removing rocker cover, injector no 1 in between the sping, the two plungers have completely blown out also all others had came off,have found all bits, Apart from 1 adjuster screw, where could it have gone from inside the rocker head as cannot see how there is an opening anywhere for it to have gone,plz help,where should I look???
