So I said I was going to come and have a look and see what it was and how it felt then take the car away. They said give us a day to fit the washer motor which was needed then I could come. Got a phone call next day to say it was all done and the brakes were not as bad as they thought so they’ve cleaned them all up and it’s ready to go !! All they’d done was take round the block to get rust off and there is no sign of copper slip. Clearly called them out on it and they were just trying to rip me off and try get me to spend 1500 quid on something I didn’t need. Thought this kind of practice had gone away from main dealers but apparently not. Cupra Belfast.. manager D1ck Turpin !!

I think you should find that dealer in the new "Dealers" section, and put in a bad review so others may give them a miss.
