Steering wheel angle reset

Hi, I have a 2021 seat Leon is it possible to reset the steering wheel angle manually or can I use OBD11 & if so what are the steps.

I’ve had a wheel alignment done but the steering wheel is slightly off centre & was told it was the closest they could get via the alignment, they did tell me I can reset the angle sensor to get it straighter if possible.

It'll need to be a mechanical tweak of the track rod ends or a reset using diagnostic equipment on a ramp then removing and setting the steering wheel to get it near enough dead-center.

I have OBD11 if it’s possible using that just need to know the process through OBD11
