Do LED bulbs with a fan cause fogging inside fog lights?

Good forums,
I want to replace the halogen fog light bulbs in my car with LEDs, and all the models I’m considering have a built-in fan. A friend told me that these fan-equipped models can cause fogging inside the fog lights. Is there any clear information about this? How can it be prevented?

I installed some normal LEDs without ventilation and they work 100%. I recently replaced one because it was damaged, but I've had it for a long time without any problems.
