Model Year 23/24 Inspection service!

Apparently my VZN is due an "Inspection service" now, can anyone tell me what does that entail and what does that cost also can the dealer do a system update if so do you have to pay for that as well or is it covered by the warranty?

Service is a service
Inspection is an inspection

They're both different things with different intervals (occasionally they fall at the same time)

What's included in each specific service or inspection is dependent on the age & mileage of the car

If you complain of the right problems, then yes they should perform updates under warranty

Well my VZN is 3 years old next month its had 2 services and is now on 14k miles and was due an Inspection 15 days ago the last service invoice says the next service is due 19th May its booked in on the 18th the car also says its due another service in 55 days time, I`d ask the dealer but they seem to be as confused as me and never seem to know what should be done!
