Cambelt change at 4yrs/35k - too soon?

I thought it'd be worth finding out the defintive answer to this question which everyone seems to have different answers to, so after speaking with SEAT UK customer care I have the following...

For the LCR (and other 1.8T cars):-

Cambelt - Change belt at 120k or 4yrs, whichever is soonest

Tensioner & roller - Check for wear at service

Auxilary drive belt - Check for wear at service

Waterpump - No service interval defined.

Regarding cambelt, I believe it's also checked at 60k, 80k and 100k for wear
