Cupra Dumpvalve???

Have read on here off JKM website gives you all the options

Either Forge FMFSITVR or the latest Genuine VAG DV

The K03/ K04 turbo engine isn't designed to 'dump air' it recirculates it. If you want the dump valve sound then get the BOV spacer from forge. Or an open cone intake system, gives a psstt when you let off and a flutter when you blip the throttle.

took about 20mins or so. its not very hard it do, can be a bit aquard tho.

it really does turn heads, and the noise it makes under WOT is brill. Have some coolv vids my mate took whilst in the car but for some reason I cant play that file type. Will see if I can get it converted so I can share.

If i remember rightly, diesel engines dont use dump valves or blow off valves because the turbos are designed to operate differently. They use something called a wastegate which acts in a similar manner, but means the Forge DV spacer wont fit a 2.0 TDI.

They're not too bad at all once you get the engine cover off. All you need are screwdrivers and a pair of spring pliers to get 2 spring clips off. A bit of trial and error when trying to tug the cover off the prongs fixed to the engine.

35min job maybe on your first time?
