i thinks its about time i put a thread together about the car, but then thought... i nether did one for the Leon that got me in to the vag world so im starting a Joint thread for both of them..
so i started of in the vag world around 3 year ago, b4 this i had a 1.1 106 wrote it off 2 monthes after passing my test(not my fault), moved on to a 1.3 106 rallye, chopped that in for a mk5 escort cabro (gay) then got a nissan 100NX (gayer) but then it got intersting i had a impreza @only 20yrs old, got rid of that after 6 month as insurace and fuel was destroying me, then i got a 1.8 Focus (loved this motor) then bought my first Leon, it was a black Cupra, took it for a drive and loved it, it was completly un touched, 2 owners from new (1 guy who then signed it to his wife so really 1 owner) i left it alone for a few month but then i got the bug back
mods=
FMIC, ported and polished throt body, custom map, N75J, jabba filter, one off DV from a guy who worked with porcha, a full custom zorst from a cupra cup car, lightned pulleys, dropped 45mm on shocks and springs, 18in R32 rims painted gloss black, staggered fitment tyres-255/35 rears, 225/40 front, lcr splitter, colour coded bump strips and lower bumper bits, spaced out 10mm, managed to get it running in the 230's on the BHP scale, was well happy with it but was offered a good price for it at a bad time,
early days for the LC

255 rears and showing how clean i kept it...

BUT it met its fate not long after selling it, thankfully the guys got out fine but after talking with the salvage yard the only pannel that was re usable was the bonnet and roof...

any way, moving on...
on the way home from betting my 2003 LCR i found it slow in comparrison to the cupra (that i drove to london to get the LCR and had tottaly destroy the lcr on the way back) i was looking forward to playing wit it, iv only had it about 8-9 month now, only thing that was on it when i got it was a 007P DV and uprated clutch, i booked it in for a remap whilst sat in traffic on the way home lol also had a green cotton filyer ready to go in before hand.
this was the pic in the add
leonR.jpg

this was a real selling pic to me
iv not done a huge amnt to it really
full leathers as i wasnt a huge fan of the normal seats, hid kit, aero wipers, fabia rear wiper, pug 207 stubby aril, custom code map, 007p, green filter, 4bar FPR, N75H, front and rear strut braces, dogbone mount, cat back milltek, and more to come!
holiday1-2010012-1.jpg

the front badge is black now!!
iv got other little plans but with a 2yr old, another on the way and a mortgage to pay its a little harder to do bits, unless i get things as cheap as normal that is

cat back milltek? when did this arrive. i saw an exhaust on your car yesterday in the dark and thought it looked a bit different to the one you were going to put on the other day.

Your just copying me :p

yea i got it the other night for a steel!!!
called long life for a quote for one of there systems and then told me they had a miltek sat there, it mine for 200 quid, it was guna cost me around 150 to get the chav cannon on there and would have had to get a bit of the bumper removed, so a 200 quid, 6 month old, 4 month used milltek sounded like a much better option...

**** mate....you must have give that a right whack! :(
Is your spare fit for purpose?

the spare is shot, i need to swap the tires over, also its covered in scratches as some one kicked it round the cycle shed here whilst it was face down...
wasnt going to fast, bearly 5mph but the bend is on a slope i think the rim may have had a fracture in it, that broke far to easy
it did make me feel better when i see a taxi do the same thing in the same place, i think there may be a shat load of ice there... also had to push a M3 up and over the little hump there and he clipped the kerb too :(
im guna try and get a set of rims after crimbo prob look at 18in bbs CH or see how much work will be needed for 19in BBS LM...

I got my car up fine :funk: but got stranded in the middle of the road and blocked up the whole of our road. Car mats to the rescue lol

Still hard luck mate thankfully its only a wheel that can be replaced easily
