    whistle at around 4000 rpm and upwards

    ]hi guys . i got my self a problem with the turbo i think or maybe just a splitt pipe but when i give the car some juice and the turbo starts to kick in i keep getting a whistleing noise ? has enyone had this problem or do eny of you now what it could be . eny suggestions ?:confused:
