Has anyone heard of this company or better still had a remap completed by them. I would be very interested to hear.

the service i received from the sales manager (Danny)was superb. i test drove my car for over an hour, and all my questions were answered. I had a good part exchange price on my mk4 golf which also helped in the exprience. when inspecting the car on collection there were a few scratches...

Took car in today to get horn sorted out....pressed it one day and didnt work. Thought I sjhould get it done under warranty anyway because apparently it could fail an M.O.T. Phoned them up and they said a simple diagnostics would sort it out. Waited for 20mins and they said car is fixed and...

Bournemouth Seat, how useless can you get! Well the car went in today for the 6th time to get a rattle fixed in the tail gate, and guess what they tell me they need to order another part and have it back in for a 7th time. How useless can you get, why didn't they notice they needed the part...

After "Bray and Sear" closed and Bournemouth SEAT opened I thought great a decent local dealer at last. How wrong I was...... During the last 4/5 months my car has been in and out of Bournemouth SEAT due to some annoying faults, which should have been rectified quickly under the SEAT UK...
