    steering wheel isn't centered

    had alot of problems with steering and handling recently, hit a patch in the road that they were fixing and ever since the car feels very jumpy or twitchy at speed dunno how to explain it. anyway i got the wheels balanced before this after it happened i got the tracking done again...
