Newbies being directed to FAQ page

Is there anyway that new members could be directed to a FAQ page before being aloud to post on forum sections? The how do I fit a atmospheric DV to my Leon etc is becoming very tiring and causing a bit of undue stress for both new and current members Cheers muchly
