Any reason why a set of alloys that are et35 won't go on my Leon Cupra? Won't clear the caliper, thought et35 would be more than enough. Don't wanna fork out for hubcentric spacers, as they will be more than the wheels are worth. Could i get away with a 10mm shim spacer without having to...
In Thinking The The Seat Ibiza "53" plate Wheel Offset is 5x100 ET35 Sorry I Know It's Been Covered Loads Just Read So Many Different Things On The Net. Thanks Mitch
After searching around for a bit, I see most people seem to advise no bigger than 7.5J on the front. My new wheels are going to be 8x16 with an ET35, will they cause me any problems on the front?
Im thinking of buying some wheels and they are 17" with an et of 35.The width is 7.75j.Im using 20mm spacers on the rear at the mo .I would like to know if these would be ok and if i can use my spacers on the rear still.

Will the same size but ET45 fit with 10mm spacers all round, as this will put the wheels in the same alignment. Also if the spokes of the new wheels foul the calipers is it safe to go to 15-20mm spacers as this would put it to +5-10mm...
I've been offered a set of Audi RS4 replicas, I think they are 7.5" x 17" with a 35mm offset and are fitted with 205/40x17 tyres.
Does anyone know if these will fit my MK3 without any arch modifications?
The car is running standard 1.4 suspension.
Thanks in advance,
Simon.
