facing

hi guys, im new to this forum and not familiar to the ways and means of this, but here goes! Having trouble starting my car, it's fine if i park it on downhill, but if its flat or uphill it wont. I've jsut changed the fuel filter and still no joy. i can get to work, but have to park back wheels...
