Had a search but cant find any thing. Right when i first start my car for the day i get a air'y / grindy noise , switch off start again and its gone.. What isit?

I complained to my local dealer about suspension noise back at the 10k service, they said they'd heard it but no idea what it was and could I wait for it to get worse. Well it has so it's been there for 3 days and they replaced the n/s cv joint as it was knackered. I get back home, go to drive...
