heater or climate

Couple of weeks ago my heater blower stopped working, the fan just isn't running. On starting the car the climatronic flashes for a few seconds but looks and works normally after that, adjusting the flaps when buttons are pressed etc. I've checked the 5A fuse to the right of the dash...
