milage

Interested to see who has done the most miles ina cupra tdi and what problems they have had over that time. Mine is 57 k which is probably average, but anyone smashed through the 100k mark etc. Cheers

same as in title. Car is locked and engine off, but all the miles are still shown on dispplay. Does anybody else got it? Never had it before in other cars.

I have been offered a 2003 03 Tdi sport with 103k and supposed to have a fsh. It's only priced at 2.4k so not expensive. Would anybody take a punt at something with this milage on it? I will be using it for a 60 mile commute everyday so i can stop clocking up the miles on my Evo.

What should i look for when buying a high miler, 125k plus? and what milage can be expected from an engine with a mild tune, stage 1 remap or similar? any common problems at high miles or do they plod on like the diesels do?

How long do people reckon it takes (roughly) to run in a Tdi engine? My car has done 4k miles and my dad's Tdi has done 11k and his is quite a bit quicker than mine at the mo.
