milltech

Hello Have a wierd question but what is there difference between a full milltech exhaust and me decating my cupra exhaust. Will the flow be the same. Only reason I ask is to upgrade to stage 2 you need filter and exhaust but I like the cupra one and it's not loud obviosly I expect it to be...
