My friend owns a Leon, and has today been faced with an "Excessive Pollution" (or similar) warning light on the dash, and it started seriously juddering in 1st/2nd gear and when heavier accelerating. Any ideas what might be wrong?? Cheers!

Dear All, Just drove back from work and my Cupra R diagnosis/Excess of pollution light is constantly lit. Restarting the car had no affect. The car is behaving normally even though that light is lit but I have just contacted the AA just to be sure. Any ideas? Regards.
