siezed

car went away today to have a diffrent set of suspension fitted, i get a call a few hours later saying that the shocks have siezed in to the hubs (what ever that means!!!) and that he needs a hydrolic thingie to undo it .. and since he doesnt have one it wil lneed to go else where and be done...
