when does everyone change up the gears i have a 6speed manual and i always change up every 10mph, except i put it into 6th at 60 instead of 50 especially when cold i always make sure i keep the revs down until engine is fully warmed for about 15-20mins what speed should 6th be engaged in? i...- jamesy
