touching

Was giving the car a clean yesterday and just topping up water and noticed this plug sticking up in the air. Never noticed it before but i can see that it is touching the bonnet lining so much so that there is a big impression in the lining. So just seeing if this is how this is meant to be...

Ive got 2 small patches of rust on my ibiza as well as a few chips around the paintwork, now as my car has faded so much how can I go about getting paint to touch up little bits?

i have a few tiny stone chips on my lower bumper ( about 2) the car is a 05 so its not doing to bad :) i have some paint from previous repairs (when it had a jcb go down the side of it on site ) what would suggest i do jus dab it on with a fine paint brush ? its very inoticable but little things...
