woking

My cd player keeps saying no pannel ? and then knocking off? the garage i had it from said they would check it but found nothing wrong ? it comes on for a second or 2 then says no pannel and goes back off ? any ideas? i cant get the face off out ? seems to be jammed ?

Not a VW specialist but I've had a Golf, a BMW and a Fiat serviced here in years gone by. A family run business and they care a lot for customer car and service unlike some others. I cannot fault their workmanship. The final bill was also less than the estimate as the timing belt change was done...
