I was on my way home last night, driving normally and all of a sudden a loud knocking noise started coming from the engine on my Mk4 Ibiza Cupra '06. It's in time with the engine revs and gets louder as the revs increase. The engine feels as if it's choking and produces quite a lot of smoke.. It cut out a couple of times as well. I've recently had it serviced and had the cam belt changed (about 3k ago).. It's done 108k in total.. Any help with a diagnosis would be awesome.. Thanks Matt
