1.4 brake conversion

hi there,
i have a lil 1.4sxe and im just wondering what parts i need to fit the bigger brakes people have been doing?
am i right in thinking its the hub, carriers and calipers? and if so, from a mk3 golf gti? or what will fit?

Mk3 golf gti 16v = 288mm, and 5x100 hubs (will not go onto 4x100 hubs).

Get MK2 Ibiza GTI 8v (256mm) or GTI 16v (280mm).

Look at craigw's thread, he has a 1.4 and has GTI front brakes now

the 1.4 has the calliper carrier un-built as part of the hub, so to upgrade to larger discs, you need to also replace the hub

So, yeah, you need: hubs, carriers, callipers, discs, pads, hoses
