1.4tsi DSG upshift vibration

Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help me. I recently bought a Ibiza Cupra 1.4tsi 2013. Had it a few months and I’ve noticed some slight vibration on up shifts. I’ve googled it and can’t find anyone else discussing this. I can’t remember if it’s always done it or if I’ve only just become aware of it.
In sports mode I don’t really notice it but the down shifts are hard in sports mode, I’ve read that is normal though. Can anyone shed some light on this?

If you also notice juddering during normal acceleration from a standstill, then its probably the clutch pack.
Hard downshifts are common for the 7 speed dsg in manual mode but sport mode should be fine.
First thing to do is a dsg reset and adaption with vcds or another diagnostic tool.
