10 and 12 inch screen differences

Is the only difference the screen size and the light behind the touch area? Or does the interface change as well on the bigger screen?

Question is more because i am either buying a 8000km cupra with old screen, or a new seat with new screen
so trying to figure out if the price difference is worth it (and there is no new model in the showroom to test and compare)
