Hello!

Has anyone tried the 150 and 190 back to back? Both DSG etc, I know the 190 is AWD but, is the 190 extra power noticeable?

Stuck between these 2 engines at the moment. The 190 is also a V2 trim whereas the 150 is a V1 trim...

How are people finding the Formentors on latest software, most of the bugs ironed out? I read that ACC Is a pain so will probably need a OBD11 to remove that lane overtaking issue?

I drove my dads 1.5DSG Ateca Xcelence just before the 2.0 190 DSG formentor V2

For me the 2.0 190 DSG is a much more refined package and feels nicer than the 1.5 DSG.

If they had done the 2.0 190 in a 2wd V2 I would have gone for that rather than 4wd
Shame the 2.0 245 DSG 2wd is only available as a VZ1 trim.

I ended up buying the 2.0 190 DSG V2

Are you happy with your 190? Did you find a difference in power (also considering the Formentor is smaller then the Ateca)?

After switching a few things on/off with OBDeleven - yes - happy with the 190.
Without OBDeleven I would be unimpressed with ACC and Lane guidance.
Yes you can feel the extra power & torque in the 2.0 vs the 1.5 - mostly on hilly roads where the 2.0 doesn't change down as much.

Man that makes it so tempting!

If only I could find a dealer with a 190 to test drive, I'd probably sign there and then.

Depending where you are - there are a few Ateca's around with the same drivetrain - perhaps try one of those to get an idea of the 2.0 190 DSG
