Keep getting this one fault code show up

clear it comes back

All thats been changed since the remap is a yellow spring in dump valve, new maf sensor (not geniune) and Badger 5 TIP everything looks tight and can't hear any boost leaks, had TIP checked no probs with it, pretty sure no split pipes anywhere what do you think i should try had a look under the engine cover all pipes are looking fine

do i need a new N75 valve?
new maf?
new hoses?

With the badger 5tip does everything connect up one way only? like the forge TIP i didn't fit it thats the only thing

Have you checked all the connections around the DV? I assume it was serviced when the yellow spring was fitted - just thinking it may be sticking open slightly.

yeah checked around the dump valve all looks done up tight at amd they just changed the spring don't think they serviced it

everything looks done up very tight, took the engine cover off can't see any cracks in pipes

would the small pipes that come off the badger5 tip would they cause a leak they need to be trimmed etc? wondering if the garage didn't trim them

any of these bits cause the leak if not done up right?

would this non geniune maf cause the fault you think

right can i exchange my new 2nd hand maf of 2 weeks or just have keep spending £'s for a new one at seat

Send it back and get genuine Bosch from GSF contact fl@pper on here for a price if you like ;)

No.... TIP is before the turbo, leak is between turbo and TB.

ECU is seeing a boost leak somewhere so the engine must be running slightly rich. If the connections on the tip were loose you'd be sucking in air and turning the mixture lean.

Could be a leaking intercooler, pinhole leak style.

The DV is connected to the tip yes, but if its working and seating properly that leak path would be closed under boost.

Do you have your DV reversed or in normal orientation?

A faulty maf won't give this code either... just unplug it for the moment to take it out of the equation.

The Dump Valve is forge 007p normal orientation do you think the problem is not related to the MAF then?

I suppose i could recheck the dump valve pipe on the top, pretty sure its on tight but may be its split due to over tighting?

the intercooler is also forge thats fairly new im sure its fitted correcty and tightened accordingly

i suppose its worth getting a geniune maf next

also had a new geniune Lambda sensor pre cat if that makes any difference

Well thanks to this maf, its now thrown the emissions light back on as i've already had the pre-cat sensor changed i thought this was a bit strange so plugged the vagcom-lite in and its still only reading 1 fault the pressure drop between turbo and throttle valve no other faults listed so cleared it and the emissions light has gone off i think this confirms it can only be my maf playing silly games with my car ecu
