18" wheels for sportstourer 310 4drive with stock brakes?

I'm ordering leon cupra 310 and will get it with 19" wheels. I'd like to use smaller, 18" winter tyres, but cupra says they only have 19" option for this model. Will 18" fit ?

Almost certainly, I've always been able to run 1" smaller on all my cars (even the Ateca Ltd Edition with Brembos's). Easy way to check is to go look at a stock car with the 19"'s on in a showroom, and it'll be obvious.

I've Cupra 310 and I use 17" Sebring wheels from Golf R Line as winter wheels
