Hi

my friends selling 19" alloys and what a coincidence, they have the same offset and pcd as leons, so i was wondering is there any harm in fitting 19" alloys to a mk1 leon cupra? any changes i have to undertake to achieve this?

Worse case could be spacing out the wheels a bit to get passed suspension
OR even to clear the caliper..
I recently fitted 19" wheels to mine and had to space them 5mm to clear the calipers..but not sure if you talking a LCR like mine...obviously a std leon will be fine.

I have 19s and well...... a wouldn't Do it again lol. Don't mean to put you off ;)

Road noise is horrendous and well a think there's more rubber on an elastic band than a 35 profile tire and with being lowered as well it's sounds so sore when you hit a bump.

Yeh thats what im running 34...but after searching, looks like thats to soft...threads ive seen people are talking 40+ psi to save the rim hitting pot holes..etc.

I put 35 in the fronts and 38 in the rears hit quite a large hole not to long back (front) no rim damage here.

Forgot to say i have 225/35/19. If you use 235/35/19 then you would need to put more in.
