1p rear diffuser removal

Hi guys,

I have looked and can't find out how to remove the rear diffuser and was wondering how it it done? also how do you remove the scuttle?

remove number plate
torx screws running along bottom edge of bumper remove
push black panel and get hand inside bumper
there are tabs holing in diffuser insert in bumper
push with blunt screwdriver then pull out diffuser
job done
