2.0 PD BMN cam adjustment

I’m looking into the cam adjustment on my Freetrack. I’m chasing a slightly rough/ low power issue it’s had since I bought the car in October
the front cam value was 1.84 torsion I’ve got this to 0.0

turning to the rear, it was 2.21 l/h. Moving it around, the value starts very low, but steadily climbs at 0 .1 every few seconds.
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

to compound the issue, I’ve dropped the 18mm spanner! So that’s an end for tonight!

Shame nobody replied to this with good info. However I'd like to ask what your synptoms were before adjusting the torsion and how is it behaving after asjusting? I have an audi a3 with the same engine and it puffs some blueish/whitish smoke on idle especially at the warming up stage.
