2,0 TDI EGR Problem

Hello,

this is my first post on this forum I bought 2 months ago Seat Leon 2,0 TDI sport - 2011.

I have problem with EGR... while driving the light glow plugs turn on. When connected to a VCDS we had error smt like EGR malfunction (I dont remember). We ereased it.

One week later we change 03L 128 063 R Control Flap. We can adapt it easly, then we change to old part, there was no problem to adaptation. But we can't run EGR test - safety reasons - information in VCDS.

We have information that EGR is failed or incomplete.

Then we check error in OBDII, and we have more "errors" ..

Secondary air system monitoring: Failed or incomplete
Oxygen sensor monitoring: Failed or Incomplete
Oxygen sensor heating monitoring: Failed or incomplete
EGR: Failed or incomplete

Take the EGR off and give it a good clean.

Is your car not under the manufacturers 3 year warranty?

Hmmm warranty... I must call to dealer. Becouse I bought it used from Germany.

I had a problem like this on my ibiza 10plate.
They changed the egr and turbo actuator. Still lights were coming on. Then they changed the wiring loom, light still stayed on. They then told me the vaccum pump pipe had split so they changed that. Light still coming on. Finally they found the fault which was the fuel pump electrical wire going in was half in half out.
Loads of common faults on the 2.0 cr fr TDI engines. Ask them to check them first as well as exhaust sensors.
