2.25 or 2.5 intercooler piping?

got a standard ibiza cupra which i have just mapped and now want to fit a front mount intercooler so should i get 2.25" piping or 2.5" piping? will eventually be fitting a k04 turbo so would 2.25 be fine with a k04 or should i just get 2.25 first as last?

Forge also do a 2.5" MAP sensor pipe too so it's easy to mate up: http://forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?inc=product&cat=&product=FMMAPT

done my cupra with the same 2.5" kit found it has made a difference also put the forge map tube on at the same time. bring on the full respray and cc stage 2 map

what else was done to you car before you fitted the 2.5" piping and intercooler then mate?

engine wise part from the intercooler, map tube, 2.5" intercooler pipe have done the following:-

n249 bypass
carbon canistor removed + bypassed
removed centre box from miltec system
turbosmart dual port dv
