2005 seat altea 2.0 tdi heaters help

i all i am new to this site so please bear with me .... ok here goes my 55 plate seat altea tdi has no heat from heaters and i was wondering if any of you clever lot could help me out with this please the car has digital controls and the blower works fine just no heat

Check your coolant, you may have an air block in your cooling especially your heater matrix

Think I read somewhere that sometimes the digital controls need resetting. To do this you press the Econ and → buttons. Try googling climatronic reset, seat Altea. Not saying its the answer.....but might be worth a try.
