Anyone out there got the 1.6 petrol 105bhp model? is it any good mpg-reliability etc! Cheers :)

Yes mate, I have thw same thing, what info do you need?
mph - about 35-40....
I had it since last july, its a 58 plate and done about 22500 miles so far...

you got more than me :( what kind of road you usually drive on? I commute to work, 10 miles each way combining some 40mph zone, some back roads and some 30mph zones, and usually gives 35mpg.
On a longer run, some A road for about 40 miles, a round trip gives me 40mpg.
One thing I found, the 17 inch alloy, though looks good, could be quite unforgiving on bumps or potholes.... we got loads of this in my part of the country, is the 16 inch alloy better?

couldnt tell you as im on 17's and yes they are unforgivin on potholes etc, im only 2.5 miles from work mostly 30mph roads. speed bumps etc.

Im a recent new owner of the same car mate- in the 2wks so far I'm knocking mostly high 30's/40 but I've got a horrid commute and have noticed on an especially busy day its down to about 34/35.

Def agree with the 17's on the potholes but looks more than make up for it

Ive got a 5dr 1.6 sport and it does 30-40 as long as you dont get stuck in traffic, but i still love it. It often surprises people how quick it is but maybe i've got a lead foot

Reliability its been pretty good, but i often service it myself. Had some problems with a double bearing in the gearbox but that was repaired on warranty and it has smoother than it ever had been before.

Don't think the 16s are any better cause they are not.
Mine came with 16s and I changed to 17s and I actually think its better with the 17s on
