2014 Leon FR Front suspension top mounts

Hi, I'm changing the front springs on my Leon FR (I snapped one) and I've been told that the top mounts tend to disintegrate when you remove the spring.I managed to identify and order the springs, but I can't reach the part numbers for the top mounts. Would you know the part numbers (or be able to supply) two top mounts for a 2014 Seat Leon FR, 150bhp, manual transmission?
