I wouldn't use those personally.
Your front pads have anti-noise shims which wrap around the sides. This makes the thickness of this shim critical for good fitment.
All budget pads (and many 'premium' pads from 'brake system manufactures' aftermarket range) pads don't realise this!, They use a cheap, thin shim which will mean the pads will be loose and rattle/knock.

The brake pad sensor just clips in the top of the inboard pad one one side. If this hasn't been worn it should be able to be re-used. Obviously if worn you'll need a new one.

Any recommendation for brand to go for disc and pads
I saw MTEC disc seems reasonable price, and review seems ok, mixed, but same for any other brands
