2021 seat Leon estate front wheel alignment

Been told this is the reason why my front tyres are wearing out on the outer edge more than the inside edge, should I get them done?

Rears are in tolerance apparently so been told no point getting them done, appreciate the help.

these are the new adjustments, top of before adjustment bottom is after adjustment.
