I had a full set of these on my Golf GTI Performance Pack and really liked them in all conditions plus they had the best rim protection of any tyre ive used and look really good on IMO.

I don’t know what version, doubt they were the same but had p zeros on my LCR a few years ago and they are by an absolute mile the best tyre I’ve ever had.

**** off a blanket comes to mind.

I have p zeros for 30000 km and i have 350hp. The wheel spin cannot stop and im not so confident 8n the rain. Compared with the previous michelin sport cup 2 p zeros are rubìsh. But i live in greece where our road surfuce is very bad. I would recomend you to have a look and for other tires

Hi so PS4 are better but was the p zero pz4 good just not as good as Michelin PS4

Im pretty sure people are getting mixed up with the earlier P Zero which where not very good , but the new PZ4 sport version is much better and every bit as good as the PS4 from Michelin.

SEAT's Tech director here swears by P Zeros. Especially their quietness and compliance. He liked their grip as well, but we generally have warmer temps year round than northern Europe.

I have PZ4 R02 (audi quattro homologated = just 68db) for 1000 miles now. They replaced the brand new, factory fitted Conti 5Ps after a major pothhole and two destroyed tyres. Great tyre the Pirelli, much better than the Conti. Not the greatest regarding absolute traction but very very quiet, much stronger for the tragic greek roads and by far the best rim protection I' ve ever seen on a tyre. It's practically impossible to injure a rim on a curb with these ones. Plus they cost considerably less than the Michelins PS4s which are probably the other best tyre for a Cupra but maybe not for my country.

I've just watched Tyre Reviews test of the Goodyear Asymmetric 5 compared to the 3 and the premium Contact 6. It measures up very well, and they showed a German tyre wear test that put it slightly ahead of the PS4.
It's a shame they didn't test against the PS4 and PS4S

Wonder what happened to the Asymmetric 4

Depends what you’re after. There are stickier track tyres. I’d only have them if I was only driving my car in the dry/summer.

I have a separate winter wheel setup, my Pirelli p zero , which i am very pleased with , will maybe last this summer and that's it depends how aggressive i drive this summer.
