Hello!
I recently bought Leon Cupra 290 with DSG option.
I do not have a lot of experience about the DSG. However, there are some noises coming that bother me.
When you do a downshift with paddles in manual mode, there is a clicking/clunking noise in gear change that you can heard when window is open. Sometimes you can hear it also in sport mode. Espesially with the manual mode, down shift is very fast and it feels that the box is changing the gear without the clutch and that makes some noises..
It is more audible when there is more RPMs (3000-5000) and you are slowing down without keeping your foot on the gas pedal.
Also some very small clicks might come also when you slow down and nearly stop the car and then accelerate.
Of course I understand that the gearbox is not fully silent. But has someone Leon owner with the 6-speed DSG experiencing this kind of sounds?
Car has 3500km in it. So basically "new"...
Thanks!
