It must be a monster if it's got the Akebono caliper setup. I'll have to give it a blast when I'm back in work to test them out 😁

I like it, however (and I know it’s been discussed on other posts) it’s the colours for me, or lack of that’s the problem.
I get it’s Cupra’s ‘tribe’ theme but it just looks boring.
If I was in a position to buy a hot hatch at the minute the civic type R is where I’d be heading. I personally love the blue available or even red on them, makes them stand out.
I also like when manufacturers offer a unique colour on the hottest version, likes of Ford St orange or green. Never had one but just brightens up dull roads.
I had a new Octavia VRS in 2006 in race blue. Absolutely loved it, kept it 13 years, but after a few years race blue became available across the whole Skoda range due to customer demand and it just didn’t stand out as much anymore.
So many dull cars on the road these days.
Stunning looking Leon that though.

Seriously?

^^This.
Each to their own, but for me it's the dull colour choices that let it down.
Even Audi, the masters of grey, now offer some brighter colours on the A3 for example.
That said, one of our favourite cars from recent years was our little Monsoon Grey Ibiza; that really sparkled on a sunny day.

We agree, the Leon is stunning. And we can't lie, we do love the paint finish on this one - we think the dark features add to its stealthy looks!

Bright colours are still certainly something we'd love to see on a CUPRA. Perhaps it will be something released when they hit a model anniversary?!

Wow! How exciting! How you finding it so far?! 😁
Absolutely love it and as I said above, no regrets. The revised infotainment system is a big improvement as well.

The only issue I need to look into is that, for example, when stopped at lights with auto hold on, it sometimes takes a more than normal prod of the throttle pedal for it to release. This might be normal, I don't know.

Ah glad to hear you are enjoying it!

Hmmm, all automatics are different but if you are concerned I'd highly recommend taking back to the dealership for them to have a look at it! Was it CUPRA Oldham you bought it from?
