Access to switch

Anyone know how to access the swtiches on the centre console near the cigarette lighter.
The lock/open button thats near the ESP switch is starting to be intermittent on open (its fine on close), just think its a wear/tear problem as it is used all of the time.
Any advice on how to access those switches would be appreciated.

How I get them out is to hook something in the 12v socket (carefull not to bridge accross the contacts) and give it one short sharp tug upwards, will pop the panel out.

Sounds, good, suppose the key is to use something non metallic but strong enough to pull, or soemthing metallic with wrap around insulation. Any idea on the cost of one of those switches , just a ballpark?
