LEON HYBRID - 3 SWITCH PANEL REMOVAL

Hi members
the AutoHold button on my Leon SW Hybrid and given up - Seat said the 3 switch panel was unavailable, so I bought a unit of the 'net.
Problem is, how do I remove the old 3 switch unit?
Has anyone done this ?
